We are very pleased with the outcome and are amazed how much it has improved every room. Al did an excellent job installing the floors and we could see he is very skilled at what he does and takes pride in his work. He helped us to find the most suitable carpet to replace the old wool carpet in our home, and managed to install it at a very reasonable time frame. The installation team was very professional and fast. They finished 450 sqf of carpet in half a day without any flaws.

Phenomenal service – Outstanding customer service by the business owner
"The showroom and office of Cottage Carpets isn't as fancy as other retailers but the service owner Gary provided was phenomenal. Due to quality control issues from a popular manufacturer and our poor choice of a replacement style we ended up going through four separate installations. Gary stood by us in dealing with the manufacturer and covered the cost of multiple delivers and installations. I can't say we've ever dealt with a better business owner."
