How the product was selected
While the homeowners liked the look and feel of hardwood, laminate and hardwood plank, the by-laws of the condo did not allow the glue-down installation required for plank flooring. Luxury vinyl, however, can be installed as a continuous floor in a multi-room living space. Plus, it’s easy to maintain.
