This new rancher type home got an upgrade with 900 sq. ft. of hardwood replacing the carpet flooring.

The product: Brazilian Cherry by Laurentian Hardwood
An engineered floating hardwood, the flooring was installed with a sound block layer and a quarter round stained molding around the edges to allow for expansion and contraction.

The new owners wanted to a more high-end look and requested Brazilian Cherry for its clean, distinguished grain.
